This is the nearest reef to the resort and even though it’s not very big it offers the possibility of carrying out 2 or 3 different dives.
We descend along a ridge which is detached from the main reef at a depth of 20/30 metres, where we encounter large gorgonians of various colours and extremely large sponges, numerous anemones populated by shrimps, until we get to a spectacular pinnacle which is full of life and colours. During the whole time of the dive we will see schools of fusilier fish, surgeon fish with flat tails, blue trigger fish, turtles, eagle rays and sometimes black tip sharks. The dive ends on the face of the main reef where there are huge organ reed sponges and sometimes frog fish.
Night-time dives are spectacular because of the tiny forms of life such as all species of crabs and shrimps, and above all the certain presence of Spanish dancers of an exceptional size. An excellent reef which is highly suitable for snorkelling.
